Honik LLC Files Class Action Against Car Makers And Data Brokers For recording And Selling Driver’s Data
Honik LLC has filed multiple class action lawsuits against car makers and data brokers for recording and selling drivers’ data without knowledge or consent. This includes things like how many times a driver “hard brakes” or drives at night. The car makers then sell drivers’ data to data brokers, who sell it to auto insurers.
