The horrific collapse of the Champlain Towers South Condominium Building in Southern Florida was a chilling reminder of the risks with construction defects and ignoring necessary maintenance.   Condominium associations owe a fiduciary responsibility to all condominium owners to ensure that individual and building-wide structural and other critical repairs are undertaken promptly and properly.  Honik LLC currently represents condo owners in the neighboring Champlain Towers East, and other Southern Florida condominium buildings, to ensure that the respective condominium associations take necessary steps to ensure safety, structural soundness, and prevent diminution in property values.
